Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any enquiry or booking you make through it. Please read them before contacting us. By browsing this website or sending an enquiry, you accept these terms.
1. Scope of Service
We provide companionship and social introduction services and the coordination of appointments. In practice this means introducing you to a companion for agreed social time — for example a dinner, a private conversation, accompaniment to an event or function, or company while travelling — and handling the scheduling of that appointment.
Fees relate solely to the companion’s time and social company. Nothing on this website is an offer of, or a request for, any service other than lawful companionship, and no other service is implied, promised or arranged.
Any conduct between adults beyond the agreed social arrangement is a private matter decided independently by those adults, is not part of what we arrange, is not included in any fee, and is not something we can commit to on anyone’s behalf.
2. Eligibility — 18 Years and Over
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit an enquiry or make a booking. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We may decline or end any arrangement where age cannot be reasonably established, and we may ask you to confirm your age before proceeding. See the Age Verification page for the full notice.
3. Enquiries, Confirmation and Cancellation
Bookings follow the process published on the Contact Us page, and these terms do not change it.
You send an enquiry on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form with your preferred date, duration and companion. No account or registration is required.
Our concierge checks availability and replies with the arrangements. If your first choice is unavailable, we suggest suitable alternatives.
A booking exists only once our concierge has confirmed it in writing in that conversation. An unanswered form submission is not a confirmed booking.
Advance notice of at least 2 hours is appreciated; same-day arrangements are often possible but can never be guaranteed.
Both outcall arrangements to your hotel or residence and incall arrangements are available across the Klang Valley.
Rates are shared privately in conversation. Pricing is not published on this website.
To cancel or change a confirmed booking, tell us as early as you can in the same conversation. Late cancellations and no-shows waste a reserved time slot and may lead us to decline future bookings.
We may cancel or reschedule an arrangement where a companion becomes unavailable, where the request falls outside the scope in clause 1, or where the conduct rules in clause 4 are not met. Where we cancel, we will tell you as soon as we can and, where possible, offer an alternative.

4. Your Obligations and Code of Conduct
Every arrangement depends on mutual respect, consent and boundaries agreed in advance. The following are required of you.
Give accurate information in your enquiry, including the venue type and the time.
Be punctual, and treat your companion with courtesy at all times.
Respect agreed boundaries without exception. Consent may be withdrawn at any point by either party.
Respect privacy: no photography, recording or publication involving a companion without that companion’s clear prior agreement.
Attend sober enough to communicate clearly and behave safely.
Settle any agreed amount as arranged in your conversation with the concierge.

5. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited, and any of them entitles us or the companion to end the arrangement immediately.
Any unlawful activity, or any request for a service that is unlawful in Malaysia.
Any request involving a person under 18, or any attempt to use this website while under 18.
Coercion, threats, intimidation, harassment or violence of any kind.
Ignoring a boundary, or continuing after consent has been withdrawn.
Recording, photographing, tracking or publishing details about a companion without agreement.
Attempting to obtain a companion’s private contact details, home address or identity documents.
Impersonating another person, or using another person’s contact details to make an enquiry.
Scraping, copying or republishing website content, or interfering with the website’s operation or security.
- Any unlawful activity, or any request for a service that is unlawful in Malaysia.

6. Companion Independence and Limitation of Liability
Companions decide independently whether to accept an introduction and may decline or end an arrangement at any time. We coordinate introductions and scheduling; we do not control the private conduct of any adult during or after an arrangement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any companion, client, venue, hotel, transport provider or other third party, nor for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or reputational loss arising from your use of this website or any introduction made through it.
Website content is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and links to third-party services are provided for convenience only.
7. Intellectual Property
The text, layout, photography and other material on this website belong to their respective owners and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal reference.
8. Termination
You may stop using this website at any time. We may decline an enquiry, cancel a booking or withdraw access to the website where these terms are breached, where a request falls outside the scope in clause 1, where conduct puts a companion or staff member at risk, or where we reasonably suspect unlawful activity. We are not required to give reasons.
9. Privacy
Information you send us is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page, with the Last Updated date shown above, is the version that applies. Continuing to use the website or to make enquiries after an update means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
